In the design and realization of a private house all stages can be realized:
- concept of the architectural design of the house;

- Research. Analysis of initial data, determination of customer's needs, study of technical drawings from the customer.
- Conceptual and scematic design. Development of the conceptual idea of the building architecture, proposals for the design and functional organization of public spaces. Sketches, layouts and primary plans.
- Design development. Development of more detailed plans, drawings and specifications. Technical characteristics, materials and designs are determined.
- Constraction documents. In this phase, complete sets of shop drawings and specifications are prepared and used for construction and permitting.
- Constraction bidding.
- Constraction administration and supervision.
- Getting to know each other and analysis. We will discuss style, budget, timeline and other important aspects of the project.
- Planning solutions and interior design concept. At this stage, an interior design concept is creating, including space allocation, color palette, style and overall idea. Development of plans and visualizations.
- Completion and assistance in purchasing. At this stage, materials for finishing, furniture, plumbing, lighting and other interior elements are determined. The designer helps to select materials and furniture that fit the concept and budget.
- Development of drawings. Creating detailed drawings, plans, schematics, specifications, and other working documents that are used by builders and contractors during the project.
- Supervision and constraction administration. The designer monitors the project process, ensuring that the design solutions are coordinated with the construction work. This is one of the most important stages.
